Monaghan Harps Lotto: The numbers for last Sunday’s draw were 1, 20, 21 and 23. Jackpot of €1,500 not won. IFL: Our first game of the Intermediate Football League will be against Donaghmoyne on Sunday, April 12.

Reserves: We got off the mark in Division 1B of the Reserve Football League at home to Inniskeen last Sunday. Our lads competed well against the breeze in the first half, with points from Kevin Moran, Eoin O’Hanlon, Dara Mullin, Liam Hahessy and Daniel Alexis sending us in on level terms at 0-9 apiece. Liam hit the net after the restart, while Cian Bradley and Shea Swift added their names to the scoresheet as our lead grew. Inniskeen cut the gap to three points with a late goal, but we held on for a 1-14 to 1-11 win. Well done to Dónal Moran for making his adult debut.

Minors: We host Patrick Ógs in the Minor Football League round two next Tuesday. 

 

U-16: Our U-16s start their league campaign this evening (Thursday, April 2) away to Scotstown. The Division Four league starts at home to O’Neill Emeralds tomorrow (Friday). 

 

U-14: Our U-14 teams are in action this weekend, starting with a Division One game at home to Clontibret on Saturday. The Division Five lads play Magheracloone in Annaghminnon on Sunday. 

U-12: Our U-12s took on Truagh and Tyholland in the Spring League last weekend. 

Juvenile coaching: We are delighted to announce the return of our Saturday-morning football coaching for our youngest juveniles for 2026! Training starts back this Saturday, April 4, at 10am in Gavan Duffy. To register a new or existing player, please log on to the Foireann app or www.foireann.ie. We look forward to welcoming all the boys and girls back and hope to see plenty of new faces!
