A big thank you must go to everyone who supported our 2020 Monaghan Harps Golf Classic by entering teams or buying tees; helping to make it an outstanding success on September 18. Thanks to Rossmore Golf Club for having us, especially secretary Kathleen Cadden and pro Seán O’Donnell. Well done to our organising committee (featuring Kevin Treanor, Fergus Coyle, Dermot Coyle, Rose Donnelly, John Hahessy, Owen Connell and Neill McGinn) for their efforts and also to Paddy Donnelly and Noel Hennessy for all their help on the day. Thanks to Paul Bond and the Monaghan Town Runners for the much-appreciated use of their gazebo and to all entrants and sponsors, including main sponsor John McCabe Nissan, who came on board through former club player Séamus Morgan.
