Monaghan Harps Hurling Club is participating in Team’s Hope annual Christmas Shoebox Appeal. The Club is partnering with Team Hope to deliver gifts straight into the hands of children affected by poverty. We ask that if you can please build a shoebox with gifts or donate €20 and the club will build a shoebox on your behalf. If you would like to donate please send this to Adrian Dalton, Patrick Meehan or Jack Lee through Revolut.

If you build a shoebox please include Pens or pencils, crayons, paper or copy books, colouring books, markers, sharpeners and erasers; Soap (wrapped), hairbrush, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste and facecloths; Socks, underwear, flip flops, hat, scarf and gloves; Cuddly toy, skipping rope, a yo-yo, sweets (that do not go out of date for at least 6 months), small musical instrument, photo of you and your family, toy car, doll, ball and stickers.

What not to include: liquids e.g. shampoo, bubbles, drinks or hand gel; chocolate, perishable foods or canned food; sharp objects like scissors, tools, pen knifes; scary things like war related toys, masks, snakes or Halloween toys; breakables like mugs and mirrors; medicine, books with lots of words and large clothing items.

Attached is a flyer with more details on what can and cannot be included. Please support this great cause if you can.
