With current restrictions we are unsure of the format for our AGM.
As things stand, we hope to go ahead and hold the AGM on Thursday. November 26.
As a result of restrictions, we will try to do as much preparation online as possible.
Subsequently, we ask all paid-up members to email Secretary.monaghanharps.monaghan@gaa.ie so that we can forward information/nomination forms by Tuesday evening.
Completed nomination forms can be posted in a sealed envelope into the postbox outside the Harps complex by Sunday, November 8 at 1pm.
Please note that only paid-up members on October 31, 2020 can submit nomination forms, seek election or vote at our Annual General Meeting (Rule 2.1 (g) Official Guide Part 1 2020 – with special provision made due to Covid-19).
